Our Communication Agenda

Temsa Aktuel
Temsa employees stay abreast of current times thanks to current magazines. Temsa Aktuel, our internal communication magazine, is published bimonthly and is full our news from our employees and all our activities. Temsa Aktuel Special, our communication magazine for third parties

TAIT, a communication platform on Wednesdays, offers a fully-fledged and occupied day to Temsa employees thanks to warm-up exercises, indoor activities and surprise awards.
In games comprising different training materials, participants not only create Temsa Values as a metaphor but also find the opportunity to hone their competencies. Having gained an insight by the end of the day into becoming a powerful team, Temsa employees finish the events thanks to a lunch attended by every Temsa member.

We organize 3E1K workshops every week with the leadership of our General Manager in order to give a boost to our efforts in becoming a team and to improve our competence in adopting more effective decisions.

Inter-departmental Communication Sessions
We believe in the fact that communication is one of the most fundamental factors in success. That is the reason why we create correct communication channels and to keep those channels open all the time. Inter-departmental communication sessions, which form a part of Temsa culture, are our strongest characteristics that make us what we are.

“Kariyerde Engelleri Kaldırdık”

It is the very natural right for our handicapped friends to enjoy equal living conditions and to have equal rights in society. As Temsa’s dynamic Human Resources team, we launched the project titled “Kariyerde Engelleri Kaldırdık”. Our project is intended to show that there is no barrier for the handicapped before a sound career and to change, even slightly, the perception towards the recruitment of handicapped people, and to raise a social awareness in this respect.
