NOTIFICATION MONITORING
Anyone who fills out an online form can submit questions or share concerns. TEMSA employees can also apply to their respective managers, Risk and Compliance Management or the Ethics Committee. When the hotline is contacted, a detailed report will be created for the transferred issue and it will be handled urgently, privately and confidentially by TEMSA Risk and Compliance Management, and will inform the person who made the report until the case is closed.
When the TEMSA Ethics Hotline is contacted, a detailed report will be prepared for the reported issue and the TEMSA Ethics Committee will handle it urgently, privately and confidentially, and the person making the report will be informed of the developments until the case is closed.
When you submit the notification, you will be given a Notification Code. Please make a note of this and keep it in a safe place. We ask you to reconnect to the ST Ethics Hotline via the web page using the password you set this Notification Code within 5-6 work days.
