We strengthen our culture of transparency through the Ethics Reporting Line.

We strengthen our culture of transparency through the Ethics Reporting Line. TEMSA believes that a strong ethical culture is essential for sustainable success. To support this, we have launched a multilingual Ethics Reporting Line where all internal and external stakeholders can confidentially and securely report any violations of compliance or ethical principles. This platform is accessible 24/7, allows anonymous reporting, and is managed by an independent third party in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. With our zero-tolerance policy against retaliation, we protect ethical values together.
You can access the Ethics Reporting Line from anywhere in the world at: https://ethics.sanctiontrace.com The platform is available in three languages, and all reporters can choose to remain anonymous or provide contact information. Anyone can fill out the online form to ask questions or share concerns.
TEMSA employees may also report directly to their manager, the TEMSA Ethics Advisor, the Ethics Committee, or the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

Report Tracking
Anyone who fills out the online form can submit questions or share concerns. Once the help line is contacted, a detailed report will be created for the issue, and it will be handled urgently, privately, and confidentially by the TEMSA Ethics Committee. The person who submitted the report will be kept informed of developments until the case is closed.
Upon submission, you will receive a Report Code. Please note and store this code securely. Within 5–6 business days, you will be asked to reconnect using your chosen password via the website to follow up on your report.
Your Privacy Is Protected
Unless legally required by authorities, TEMSA will not disclose the identity of the whistleblower during or after the investigation. All reporters can submit concerns without fear of retaliation, mistreatment, or discrimination.
Any individual found to retaliate against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment or contract.
