Women in Automotive

Launched in 2023, the “Women in Automotive” initiative aims to increase female employment and promote equal opportunity across all levels and departments at TEMSA.

The project supports women in breaking gender stereotypes and advancing in underrepresented fields. We establish labs and vocational classrooms (painting, welding, engine) in regional high schools and colleges, providing materials and technical training.

Participants receive on-the-job training in both technical and personal development. Women in Automotive continue to challenge norms by working in assembly, logistics, quality, production, and product validation departments.

We regularly measure employee feedback via independent research firms and use the insights to shape our work environment.

Based on survey results, we conduct focus groups and action workshops to strengthen leadership’s role in engagement and ensure decisions directly enhance the employee experience.

Launched in 2014, “Breaking Barriers in Careers” is a social responsibility initiative that supports all disadvantaged groups. It aims to show that barriers should not hinder career or social life.

Through annual Accessible Career Days, TEMSA continues to break barriers and create equal opportunities for all.

Temsa Dream Partners

Temsa Hayal Ortakları (Dream Partners) Association is a social responsibility initiative supported voluntarily by Temsa employees.

Established in 2014 through a fund created by volunteer Temsa employees, the initiative primarily focuses on supporting village schools. The Temsa Dream Partners Association continues to carry out projects aimed at improving the physical conditions of schools, providing books and stationery, and supplying educational tools and materials.
