OnWays Digital Orientation

A hybrid onboarding experience designed to ensure equal access, enhance employee engagement, and digitize sustainable processes. New hires watch orientation content digitally, with some experiences conducted in the Metaverse.
They also explore TEMSA vehicles via B2 Feel, and attend Welcome Talks and Coffee Talks with leaders and HR.
OnWays Digital Orientation Program has received international awards and continues to evolve.

NextGen MBA

The NextGen MBA Program is a comprehensive, in-house Executive MBA program specifically designed for TEMSA. It aims to develop our current and potential managerial-level employees as the future leaders of the company.

Built on Korn Ferry’s 4D Leadership Model, TEMSA’s Strategy Wheel, and Career Development Framework.

Launched in 2023 with the awareness that employees are the most critical asset in preparing for the Future of Work, the NextGen MBA Development Program has been designed around three main pillars: the Leadership Academy, the Strategy & Vision Academy, and the Awareness & Vision Development Academy. The program is structured around an adult learning model and includes inspirational talks, production experiences, Harvard simulations, and visits to technology center.

Spanning a two-year period, the program consists of 12 modules covering 14 topics, totaling 43 days and 5,225 hours of content. At the end of the program, project groups work on various initiatives, and the group with the most successful project is offered an international rotation opportunity at one of Temsa’s overseas affiliates. This provides a critical hands-on experience, allowing participants to apply everything they have learned throughout the program.

TEMSA prioritizes developing leaders who adapt quickly, inspire teams, and drive performance. In this direction, we offer comprehensive coaching and leadership training programs to develop our leaders in alignment with TEMSA’s vision and values

Growforward

As part of the GrowForward program, employees who are newly promoted to managerial positions at TEMSA are supported in adapting to their new roles through mentoring or professional coaching, tailored to their specific leadership needs. In addition to this support, the development journey includes leadership training modules designed to strengthen their leadership capabilities.

ZeroTech Academy

ZeroTech Academy, which focuses on electric and next-generation technologies, was structured based on a current state analysis conducted through needs assessment meetings with managers from all functions and a company-wide knowledge level evaluation. As part of the program, TEMSA employees—who work at Türkiye's first R&D center in the automotive sector—receive training on how to access the latest trends and research in electric and next-generation vehicle technologies through a course titled 'How to Conduct Research and Use Research Tools.'

During the foundational training sessions, participants are introduced to the history of electric and next-generation vehicles, their operating methodologies, the current state of TEMSA’s technologies, and recent innovations. To ensure the sustainability of the project, new-generation learning technologies are utilized, contributing to TEMSA’s digitalization efforts. The digitized content of ZeroTech Academy has created a ready-to-use digital resource accessible to every new TEMSA employee.

At TEMSA, employees learn and grow together by sharing their knowledge, experience, and expertise in their respective fields. Through our Train-X Internal Trainer platform, we bring together subject matter experts on a voluntary basis, support their development as trainers, and ultimately enable them to become one of TEMSA’s future-focused internal educators.

+4 additional days of annual leave beyond legal entitlement

1 paid day off during the birthday month

Parents receive paid leave on report card day and 1stday of school for children in kindergarden and first grade
